This machine for bicycle frames to do fatigue testing. It can test bicycle frame pedal fatigue test EN 15194 electric bicycle, ISO4210-6.4.3 all styles of frame of this test specification.

2. Basic functions Execute the saddle tube test program to obtain the following information.

(1) Real-time force vs. time curve

(2) Real-time frequency versus time curve

(3) Maximum value of tensile force

(4) Real-time values of fracture

(5) Comparison of graphs

(6) Standard deviation

(7) Average value

(8) The two replacement cranks are 175 mm long (L) and the two replacement cranks are adjusted back and forth to an inclined horizontal angle of 45° (tolerance ±2°)

The vertical position of the replacement crank is 75mm (Rc) from the frame centerline at a distance of 50mm to the rear axle base mandrel, and the rear axle center is at right angles to the vertical line.
