TV Mount Durability Test Machine

Purpose

This test machine is used to evaluate different type TV mount durability test machine

Principle

Simulation the daily use process of the analog TV mount, the TV mount hangs the weight of a certain weight, sets the stroke, pushes and pulls the TV mount back and forth, and checks whether it meets the quality requirements.

Functions

Handle wheel: can adjust the height according to the specimen specification

Electric actuator: make the sample back and forth by pushing and pulling, you can set the initial position of the trip and travel distance back and forth, set speed

Force sensor: The real-time monitoring of the force value during the sample endurance process is carried out, and the super force value protection is carried out

Controller: set the test parameter, control the action of the machine

Emergency stop switch:In case of emergency, press the emergency stop

Power switch:turn on / turn off power of the machine
