Machine characteristics
1. This machine looks and designs similar to M-III, in addition to drying, stereotypes, baking, hot melt fixing (temperature 20 ℃ ~ 250 ℃) function, and steam steaming effect.
2. Apply to the dyeing and finishing laboratory for steam culture, baking, shaping drying and other aspects of the test, in order to get the correct resin processing formula, test dyeing and finishing color change and verify the results of pharmaceutical test.
3. The printing process of the printing factory is carried out by the temperature, the humidity and the time in the steam box, which can be applied to the following works:
① Drying, shaping and hot melt dyeing, electrical heating temperature range 20 ℃ ~ 250 ℃
② Saturated steam baking, steam processing, steam heating temperature range of 102 ℃ ± 2 ℃
③ High temperature steam processing, electric and steam and use, the temperature range of 100 ℃ -250 ℃
