Application:

The Vertical Combustion Tester is suitable for measuring the flame retardant properties of various flame retardant textiles (such as woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, coated products, laminated products, etc.). Determining the tendency of textiles to burn, smolder and char.

Principle:

Install the sample in the sample holder and hang it vertically in the test instrument. After burning the sample with the flame of the required height for a certain period of time, record the afterburning, smoldering time and damage length of the sample for evaluating its combustion performance. .
